Pairing, Bluetooth, and sync
How to connect and sync data on the smartwatch?
- Turn on Bluetooth on your phone.
- Open Da Fit and tap Add Device.
- Select the scanned smartwatch. On iPhone, tap Pair when the pairing dialog appears.
- After the device connects, smartwatch data syncs to the app.
Smartwatch pairing failed?
- Keep the watch within Bluetooth range during the whole pairing process.
- Turn phone Bluetooth off and on, then try pairing again.
- Restart the smartwatch, search again in Da Fit, and reconnect.
Why can’t Da Fit find the Bluetooth device?
- Confirm phone Bluetooth is turned on and the watch is close enough.
- Check whether the watch is already connected to another device and unpair it first.
- If it still cannot be found, restart the watch and try again.
Why is Bluetooth often disconnected?
For Android phones, add Da Fit to the app whitelist and enable background protection to reduce disconnections caused by system cleanup. For iPhone, confirm the Bluetooth pairing prompt when binding the device.
How to disconnect the smartwatch?
When the smartwatch is connected, open the Da Fit device page and tap Remove Device to unbind it.

Messages, calls, and quick replies
How to view message notifications on the smartwatch?
- Enable app message push in Da Fit so the device can receive app notifications.
- On the watch face, swipe up to enter the notifications page.
- Tap a message to view details, or open notifications from the watch menu.
Why can’t the smartwatch receive message push?
- Confirm the smartwatch is connected to the phone.
- Confirm message push is enabled in Da Fit.
- Open message push settings and turn on the apps you want to receive.
- Check whether the message appears normally in your phone notification bar.
How to use phone calls on the smartwatch?
After call Bluetooth is connected, you can answer or reject incoming calls on the watch. You can also open the watch call menu and dial from the keypad, recent calls, or contacts synced from Da Fit.
How to use quick reply messages?
When receiving a call, tap the Messages icon on the watch and choose a preset reply. The call will be rejected and the message will be sent to the caller. Quick replies are not supported on iOS.

How to wear the smartwatch correctly?
- Keep the back of the device clean, dry, and free of debris.
- Place the monitoring area against your wrist skin.
- Wear it comfortably and snugly, about one finger away from the wrist joint.
How to measure heart rate?
Select Heart Rate from the watch menu and tap the screen for a single measurement. For all-day monitoring, turn on all-day heart rate in Da Fit settings and choose a measurement interval.

How to measure blood oxygen?
Wear the device normally, keep still, open Blood Oxygen on the watch, and wait for the measurement result. Keep the screen facing up during measurement.

How are sleep states determined?
After wearing the watch correctly while sleeping, the device automatically recognizes falling asleep, waking, deep sleep, and light sleep. Sync in Da Fit regularly so historical data is not lost.
Why is there no sleep data?
- Frequent movement or poor sleep quality may be recognized as awake time.
- Sleep data is recorded when sleep starts between 8 PM and 10 AM.
- Improper wearing can affect sleep data recording.
How to turn on exercise training?
Open the Da Fit workout page and choose a mode such as running, walking, or outdoor cycling. After finishing a workout, view duration, frequency, calories, and other records in Da Fit or on the watch.

Watch faces, tools, battery, and maintenance
How to switch smartwatch watch faces?
Long press the watch face on the device home screen and swipe left or right to switch. You can also choose watch faces in Da Fit. After a face downloads and installs, the device switches to it automatically.
How to use the camera Shutter function?
After the watch is connected to Da Fit, open the camera control from the app device page or the watch menu, then tap the shutter button to take photos or videos.
How to use music control?
When the watch is connected, play music on your phone. You can pause, play, switch tracks, and adjust volume from the smartwatch.
How to check the battery level?
When connected, view the watch battery level on the Da Fit Device tab. You can also pull down the status bar on the watch face to view battery level.
Smartwatch not charging?
Make sure the charging plug has power and the charging contacts fully touch the device charging slot. The watch should show a charging alert during charging.
How long does it take to fully charge?
It usually takes about one hour to fully charge, but charging for more than two hours is recommended for better battery performance.
Is the smartwatch waterproof?
The smartwatch can resist daily splashes, but it is not resistant to steam, warm water, or hot water. Swimming is not recommended because water pressure may affect the device.
Why is wrist raise not turning on the screen?
Open Da Fit device settings and check whether wrist raise is enabled. If it still does not work, remove both straps, place the watch flat on a table, open Da Fit, go to Other Settings, and tap Calibrate. Wrist raise may not work during sleep mode.

- Go to App launch.
- Find Da Fit and turn off automatic management.
- Enable Auto-launch, Secondary launch, and Run in background, then confirm.
