Official Da Fit activity guide

Da Fit steps not syncing? Find where the data stops.

First check whether your watch shows new steps. If it does, keep the watch near your phone, reconnect it in Da Fit, and leave the app open until activity data finishes syncing. If Da Fit has the steps but another app does not, check that app's separate sharing permissions.

1 · Watch

Are steps being recorded on the watch?

The watch shows no new steps
  1. Check the watch's step or activity screen after walking normally for a short period.
  2. Make sure the watch is charged, worn securely, and showing the correct activity day.
  3. Restart the watch if the display remains unchanged. For model-specific controls, use its official user manual.

Step detection and display can vary by model. If the watch itself never records steps, phone app permissions alone will not fix it.

The watch has steps, but Da Fit does not

Continue with the app-sync checks below. Keep the watch paired and avoid a factory reset while its activity history has not transferred.

2 · Da Fit app

Move watch activity into Da Fit.

Run a fresh sync in the correct order
  1. Turn on phone Bluetooth and keep the watch close to the phone.
  2. Open Da Fit and confirm the watch appears connected on the Device page.
  3. Leave Da Fit open on the activity or Today page while synchronization finishes, then reopen the step card.
  4. If the watch is disconnected, follow the connection troubleshooting guide before repeating the sync.
Steps appear only while the app is open

On Android, battery-saving and background restrictions can interrupt the connection after the screen turns off. Review the Android background permission guide. On iPhone, check the iPhone pairing guide and keep Da Fit open during the first test sync.

Other watch data is also missing

If sleep or other activity history is missing too, the issue may be the watch-to-app connection rather than step counting alone. Use the sleep data sync guide for its separate recording checks.

3 · Other health apps

Check third-party sharing separately.

Da Fit shows steps but Apple Health does not

Watch-to-Da Fit sync is working. On iPhone, check whether your current Da Fit version offers the relevant Apple Health sharing permission and follow the Apple Health sync guide. A value in Da Fit does not guarantee that the same data type is shared with Health.

Looking for Android Health Connect or Google Fit?

Do not assume a third-party health service is connected just because Da Fit records steps. Availability and supported data types must be confirmed in the current app and on the exact device; this guide does not claim native Health Connect or Google Fit integration.

Contact official support

If the watch continues to show steps that do not appear in Da Fit after a clean connection, email service@dafit.life. Include the watch model, phone model and OS version, Da Fit app version, the date of the missing activity, and screenshots of the watch and app. Do not send medical records or sensitive health information.

Need the app?
