Official Da Fit iPhone health guide

Da Fit and Apple Health: check your sync settings.

Da Fit can optionally share supported wellness data with Apple Health on iPhone. First let your compatible watch sync to Da Fit. Then open the iPhone Health app, check whether Da Fit is listed under app access, and allow only the data types you want to share. Available types can vary; not every reading is guaranteed to transfer.

1 · Watch to Da Fit

Confirm the data reaches Da Fit first.

Pair and sync the compatible watch
  1. Install the official Da Fit app on iPhone.
  2. Pair the watch from inside Da Fit, not only from the iPhone Bluetooth menu. Use the iPhone pairing guide if needed.
  3. Keep the watch nearby and leave Da Fit open until the activity or wellness data appears in the app.
  4. If the data is missing in Da Fit too, fix the watch connection before changing Apple Health settings.
Only steps or sleep data are missing in Da Fit

Use the separate step sync or sleep sync checklist. Apple Health permissions cannot repair data that the watch has not transferred into Da Fit.

2 · Da Fit to Health

Review the iPhone sharing permissions.

Find Da Fit in the Health app
  1. Open Apple Health on your iPhone and tap your profile picture or initials.
  2. Under Privacy, open Apps and select Da Fit if it appears.
  3. Review the available permissions and turn on writing for only the categories you want to share.
  4. Return to Da Fit, allow any relevant Health access prompt if offered, and run another watch-to-app sync.

Apple's own Health data guide explains how to manage compatible apps and categories. Menu wording can vary by iOS version.

Da Fit does not appear under Health apps

Apple says an app may not be listed if it has not requested access or is not compatible with the current setup. Confirm that you installed the official Da Fit app, open it, and look for any Health sharing option or permission prompt. Do not assume that an absent permission can be created in iPhone settings. If no option appears, contact support with your app version and watch model.

3 · Missing or different values

Check the exact data type and source.

Da Fit has data, but Apple Health does not

Check that the specific category is offered under Da Fit's Health permissions and that permission to write it is enabled. If the category is not offered, do not assume it is supported for your current app and device combination. A successful watch-to-app sync does not prove Apple Health sharing is available for that metric.

The values differ between apps

Apple Health can combine or prioritize multiple data sources. Open the relevant category in Health and review its data sources and access settings. Compare the same date and metric before reporting a difference; do not expect two apps to display identical totals in every case.

Can Apple Health send data back to Da Fit?

This guide covers optional sharing of supported Da Fit data with Apple Health. It does not claim reverse sync, automatic historical backfill, or support for every Health category.
