First check the power source and make sure the supplied charger fully contacts the watch. Then confirm the correct charging method in the manual for your exact model.

Restore the charging connection
1. Check power and cable
- Connect the supplied charging accessory to a known-working USB power source.
- Check the cable and charging head for visible damage.
- Do not charge when the watch, contacts, or cable are wet.
2. Align and clean the contacts
- Remove dirt, protective film, or moisture from the watch charging contacts.
- Place the charger in the exact position shown by the product manual.
- Wait for a charging indicator on the watch before leaving it connected.

Charging methods are not universal
Some Da Fit models use magnetic charging, while others use another model-specific method. Open the relevant official user manual and product page before troubleshooting further. The manual also gives the safest placement and normal charging guidance for that device.
No charging indicator after the checks
Record the model name, charger type, whether the watch becomes warm, and whether an indicator appears. Include photos of the watch contacts and charger when you contact official support.
