Keep Da Fit running in the background on Android
Android battery management can close Da Fit after the screen turns off, interrupting smartwatch sync and notifications. Allow background activity, remove battery restrictions, enable autostart when available, and keep Da Fit locked in recent apps.

Allow Da Fit to stay connected after screen-off
1. Remove battery restrictions
- Open Settings and choose Apps or App management.
- Open Da Fit, then Battery or App battery usage.
- Choose Unrestricted, Allow background activity, or the closest available option.
- Confirm Battery Saver does not block Da Fit.
2. Allow autostart and required permissions
If the phone offers Autostart, Auto-launch, or App launch management, allow Da Fit to start automatically. Keep Bluetooth or Nearby Devices, notifications, and location permissions enabled when requested by your phone and watch features.
3. Lock Da Fit in recent apps
Open the recent-apps screen and find the Da Fit card. Long-press it, pull it down, or open its menu, then select the lock icon if your phone supports this feature. Do not swipe the locked card away while testing.
4. Test with the screen off
Reconnect the watch, turn the phone screen off for several minutes, then send a test notification. Reopen Da Fit and confirm the watch remains connected and data still synchronizes.
